I am a certified Yoga Teacher (RYT® 200h Hatha/Vinyasa, Pre-& Postnatal Yoga).

My name is my inspiration.

Through my Yoga classes I would like to make YOU "bloom and shine" a bit more in your daily life, both physically and mentally. Gentle physical exercise combined with room for self-reflection and personal development, that's what Yoga is for me and what I would like to share with you.
