YOGA CLASSES

There are as many Yoga styles out there as teachers and students. With my Yoga classes I would like to bring some stillness & movement and relaxation & awareness to your life, regardless if you are new to Yoga, already an intermediate Yoga practitioner or if you're an expectant mum who would like to prepare her body and mind for this great journey that life offers you.

Prenatal Mediation

PRE -& POSTNATAL YOGA

Yoga during the most exciting journey of your life

From my own experience I know how beneficial Yoga is during pregnancy and for labour. It helps preparing your body and your mind for the most important day of your life. 

In my prenatal classes we will practice gentle movements with a special focus on the pelvic area, the back and chest to help the body coping with all the changes it is going through. Another essential part is meditation and affirmations as I strongly believe that a positive mindset is the best possible starting point for a "peaceful" delivery. 

Postnatal classes can be practiced earliest after 6 weeks and with your doctor's green light. Postnatal Yoga helps to rebuild and rebalance abdominal and pelvic muscles and is a treat for your back and spine that suffer a lot in everyday life with a newborn. It helps creating a little "Me-Time" and focus just on yourself (and you deserve that!)

YOGA IN MONACO

Relaxation in the Principality

Life is busy, life is fast. Often our thoughts are everywhere but not with us in the present moment and our body becomes stiff from the same postures day in day out. â€‹

I invite you to take a break -  a break to switch off your mind and indulge your body with all the movements it is made to do.  

In my classes you'll find the perfect balance of body activation and stillness of the mind. Starting with a short meditation, we continue with our physical Asana practice and end every session with a deep relaxation. Music and essential oils add up nicely to the relaxing atmosphere.

Currently I do not offer Vinyasa classes in Monaco. If interested in group classes, please contact me.​

ONLINE YOGA

Practice with me from the comfort of your home

Enjoy all the freedom that you need by practicing from the comfort of your home, making your yoga practice even more personal without the hassle of commuting to a crowded Yoga studio. 

Play your favourite music, light up some candles and create the right atmosphere to leave everything behind and to focus just on yourself.

No other students will distract you - you choose if you want to practice with your camera off or if you prefer my individual guidance. 

Currently I do not offer any online classes. If interested in online classes (either in English or German), please contact me.

CORPORATE YOGA

Unwind after a busy day at work 

Arriving at the end of the day with no energy left and aching bones because you were sitting in the same position for hours and hours?

An office job can be challenging, for your mind and body. Back pain is the number one condition among office staff and some might find it hard to relax after a busy at work and cannot really find their work-life-balance. 

Yoga after a full working day (or even in the lunch break) can help to create the necessary boundary to switch off the mind for a moment, gain new energies and indulge the body with some other movements rather than sitting on your chair and typing on the keyboard.
